Business acumen continues to be a critical skill for life sciences professionals. The shifting needs of customers in 2023 will require training leaders to have an even greater focus on this important area.
CMR is hosting the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) webinar on February 16 in an interactive roundtable format to bring industry insight into this topic for training leaders.
This roundtable will focus on three specific drivers of change that you and your teams need to focus on for 2023.
During this interactive session, Jason Gaines, Vice President, Strategy & Business Development with Intermountain Healthcare, and Troy Prehar, Senior Director, North American Sales Training and Enablement with Philips, will discuss these trends and engage with participants in solution building for 2023 performance improvements.
During this session, you’ll learn:
  • About key drivers in the healthcare landscape and what they mean for your teams and your training plans
  • How strong training solutions that address these drivers can help improve your team’s performance in 2023
  • How your peers are addressing these opportunities in 2023
