Lena Vecherkina joined CMR Institute as a Senior Instructional Designer in December 2024. With over seven years of experience designing impactful learning solutions, including two years in healthcare and six years in professional development, Lena specializes in creating engaging, learner-focused programs that drive measurable outcomes.

She brings expertise in e-learning design, instructional strategy, and process optimization, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation. Lena is an advocate for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to create innovative and scalable learning experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Seattle University. Lena is fluent in Russian and conversational Spanish.

In her free time, Lena enjoys hiking, traveling, and baking.
