SafeRx is an amendment to the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985 which requires the licensing of pharmaceutical representatives in Washington, D.C. This legislation mandates licensing and continuing education for all pharmaceutical sales personnel who work in Washington, D.C.

City of Chicago Representative Licensure Program
The City of Chicago Department of Health requires annual licensure and continuing education for pharmaceutical representatives who work in the City of Chicago.
