Kortney is a seasoned Learning and Development leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and biopharmaceutical industry. Known for her commitment to fostering a learning culture, Kortney is recognized for her ability to drive impactful learning initiatives, lead high-performing global teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to design and develop innovative, business-aligned learning solutions. With a robust background in healthcare and training, Kortney excels at cultivating strategic relationships with leaders and clients to drive customer success and organizational growth. Her areas of expertise include Learning Strategy, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Medical and Sales Training, and Leadership Development.

Kortney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Dowling College, a Master of Health Administration from Hofstra University, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University. Her academic background and professional experience uniquely position her to design transformative learning experiences that enhance individual capabilities and support business goals.

Outside of work, Kortney enjoys spending quality time with family and exploring new cultures through international travel.
