A graduate of Roanoke College, Ross has over 9 years of experience in luxury hospitality and customer service management. His customer focus and his passion for people, training and life long learning are clear in his approach to work and life. His previous work includes The Ritz-Carlton & Montage International, as well as being a realtor for Sotheby’s International. In his free time, Ross enjoys traveling, sports, cooking, spending time with family and his English Lab, New River. Ross is also a Sommeiler from Court of Master Sommeliers.
