Roanoke, VA – April 14, 2023, CMR Institute’s Board of Directors recently voted in a new board member, Jason Gaines.
Jason Gaines is Vice President of Strategy and Business Development with Intermountain Health.

Over his 20+ years in healthcare, Jason has held various leadership roles in healthcare delivery, impacting organizational performance, market strategy, growth, and operations. His board and executive responsibilities have included oversight of ambulatory surgery centers, joint ventures and various therapeutic service lines. These experiences have provided him with a thorough understanding of the needs of multiple healthcare constituents.

Jason’s work in business development, strategy and innovation has included delivering innovations in patient care, creating new points of access, market development, oversight for complex ambulatory organizations, driving cultural innovation, senior leadership of a 500+ bed metro hospital, physician joint ventures and pharmaceutical industry leadership.
