Roanoke, VA [June 13, 2018]— The LTEN Excellence Awards is an annual competition that celebrates the people, companies and industry partners demonstrating ahead-of-the-curve thinking in training and development initiatives, learning technology, content development and delivery, and leadership within the life sciences. CMR Institute, the leading provider of unbiased and relevant sales and leadership training for life science professionals, won the LTEN excellence award in the Industry Partnership category. The panel’s considerations for selection included the creation of superior customized off-the-shelf learning content and work, either via whole or partially outsourced services, content development and delivery or training, in support of an organization’s learning and development function.
CMR’s submission for recognition of excellence highlighted a partnership with a mid-sized pharmaceutical company that achieved significant return on investment. The program created for Kowa addressed two critical challenges: how to develop a top-performing sales team and how to retain them. With a 10% decrease in turnover rate and a 20% increase in average sales rankings, CMR’s eLearning program addressed and exceeded the challenges faced by this company.
The winners of the LTEN Excellence Awards are chosen by a judging panel of thought leaders and experts in the field of life sciences training. Of the nominated finalists, one industry leader is chosen as the winner of the LTEN Excellence Award in each given category.
We are honored to have been selected as a leader in our field for the Industry Partnership category. The winners were announced on Wednesday, June 13th at the 47th annual LTEN Conference Excellence Awards Ceremony.
