To help suppliers better serve their customers in integrated delivery networks (IDNs), CMR Institute has established a strategic educational alliance with IDN Summit.
Through the partnership, CMR Institute is providing in-depth educational content for attendees of the Fall 2017 IDN Summit, which will be held August 28-30 in Phoenix, AZ.
One of the educational highlights will be a workshop in the Supplier Strategies Track detailing the best strategies for selling to an IDN. The panelists include Steve W. Huckabaa, Vice President of supply chain at Avera Health, Tony Ybarra, Senior Vice President at Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) Supply Trust, and Anthony Slonim, President and CEO of Renown Health and Chair of CMR Institute’s Board of Directors.
The panel will discuss how different health systems make their buying decisions and provide insights on how suppliers can identify key influencers and decision makers. Panelists also will provide suggestions for suppliers on developing sales strategies that deliver value and truly meet the changing needs of their customers.
As part of the alliance, CMR Institute is lending its industry expertise to offer recommendations for subject matter experts to present at the IDN Summit, as well as ideas for workshops in both the Supplier Strategies and Pharmacy tracks. CMR Institute also plans to make additional educational content, including eModules and other resources, available to IDN Summit attendees.
