The Challenge

Our client wanted to provide their new hire representatives with a comprehensive program covering the cardiovascular system. They also wanted to utilize other advanced modules for existing representatives.

The CMR Approach

Working with this medical device company, CMR identified the disease state related off-the-shelf modules that would be the most useful to a new hire. Since this smaller company did not have their own learning management system (LMS), they choose to use CMR’s LMS. We worked together to place the selected modules in an appropriate order. In addition to supplying the new hires with this valuable content, CMR also provided a few modules for existing representatives on advanced topics like interventional cardiology and surgical interventions.

The Results

  • These courses allowed for the standardization of knowledge on the cardiovascular system.
  • Utilizing off the shelf modules allowed this company to save substantial dollars they would have spent on development.
