CMR Institute acknowledged for pharmaceutical leadership development program

June 15, 2016 — LTEN Annual Conference, National Harbor, Maryland — CMR Institute, the strategic sales solutions provider of choice for leading life science companies, today won the 2016 LTEN (Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network) Excellence Award in the Industry Partnership category. The award recognizes content and service providers for their work in support of a client’s learning and development function in the past year.

The award was for the development of an Emerging Leaders’ Certificate Program that CMR Institute created in partnership with a mid-sized pharmaceutical company. The resulting program, which is designed to help pharmaceutical sales managers develop the leadership skills they need to succeed, offers online courses—with accompanying training guides—on topics such as leadership development, communication, and sales management.

“We are honored to be acknowledged for our work in leadership training for the life science industry,” said Michelle O’Connor, CEO and President of CMR Institute. “LTEN is the nation’s only nonprofit organization solely devoted to strengthening training in the healthcare industry. This award recognizes the importance of practical, actionable and engaging sales and leadership training for life science professionals.”
