CMR Institute Expands Development Team
Team has more than 70 years of industry experience

Roanoke, VA - July 24, 2007 — CMR Institute, a leading provider of educational solutions for healthcare representatives and managers, has expanded its development team. Steve Ehlers and Freddy Gozum join Wendy Brown as Directors of Client Development and Scott Sauvé joins the team as the Director of New Business Development. Brown, Ehlers, Gozum and Sauvé have a combined 70 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

“We expanded our development team to effectively and efficiently manage the emerging needs of our clients,” said Sharon Lustig, Vice President of Client Development and Support. “Our development directors work closely with clients to achieve their specific training goals with CMR Institute’s complete educational offerings.”

Steve Ehlers brings 16 years of pharmaceutical sales experience to CMR Institute. In a previous position as a district sales manager, he doubled his market share in less than two years, and was consistently ranked among the top performers. Ehlers is a graduate of Ohio University.

Also an experienced sales manager, Freddy Gozum’s 15 years in the industry spans various specialties, including ophthalmology, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, urology, gastroenterology, oncology, obstetrics, and medical device sales. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Scott Sauvé, RPh, CMR joins CMR Institute with 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. A registered pharmacist, Sauvé has worked as a district and regional sales manager, and a regional training manager. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, and holds many postgraduate certificates and credentials, including the Certified Medical Representative (CMR®) Certification.

Wendy Brown has 17 years of pharmaceutical training and sales experience. Before joining CMR Institute in 2001, her career included developing and implementing successful sales performance enhancement programs for various pharmaceutical products. Brown has earned many industry certifications and honors and is a graduate of Hampton University.
