Field Sales Management Available Now!

CMR Institute is pleased to announce that its newest course Field Sales Management, CPM-421, is now available. This three credit course is available to participants in the CMR® Certification Program as well as the new Certification in Pharmaceutical Management™ program.

Field Sales Management is designed to benefit district managers, experienced sales representatives, or others who need to understand how to build, develop, and achieve results through a district team. Case studies assist the learner in applying knowledge gained to the challenges encountered by district managers on a daily basis.

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage a district as a business. Students will gain an understanding of district manager competencies and learn how to attract and screen candidates, motivate, train, coach, and measure performance in order to build an effective district team that achieves results.

Prior to taking this course, students must have successfully completed the following prerequisites:

MGT-301 Principles in Pharmaceutical Management

MGT-401 Pharmaceutical Marketing

MGT-421 Managing People

MGT-422 Managing Business Communication
