Ms. Brown puts her real-world program development and training experience to work by helping clients develop strategies that address successful field management, communications, marketing, quality, and skill development. Ms. Brown is a key liaison to clients seeking to improve outcomes through the development of continuous learning and career development programs that enhance the value of representatives to clinicians.

As Director of Education Services for CMR Institute, Emily Connelly guides the Educational Services department. Ms. Connelly and her team work with students and clients to develop innovative delivery techniques for CMR Institute curriculum and to ensure desired learning outcomes. Ms. Connelly also advises students on ways to further enhance their professional education with the Institute and develop next steps to create a dynamic learning experience for healthcare representatives to improve patient care and sales performance.

Britney Conrad oversees the implementation of the Institute's educational offerings to ensure healthcare representatives and clients receive maximum value and performance. Since joining CMR Institute in 2006, Ms. Conrad has worked with a range of stakeholders to ensure new and enhanced product offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients. She has been instrumental in developing new ways for reps in the field to access information and has led the charge to restructure programs and content to meet the evolving training needs of our customers. Ms. Conrad is directly involved with the industry, serving as a key industry liaison with leading pharmaceutical and medical device industries and content developers.

Bill Thorne manages market research, analysis and strategies, identifying worldwide industry education trends as they relate to the healthcare industry. His 15-plus years of experience in marketing and business development enable him to serve as business advocate for our clients and our industry. Mr. Thorne has played an important role in ensuring client needs are met, actively consulting with stakeholders and making recommendations based on market research and trends. As Director of Market Development, Mr. Thorne combines his marketing, research and sales experience to serve as a client advocate in the development and sales of CMR Institute products and services.

Tanya Wilson

As Director of Client Development for CMR Institute, Tanya Wilson supports the Institute’s clients by providing expertise to assist them in meeting their educational needs by developing solutions that produce results.   Tanya’s 7 plus years of experience in business development and healthcare education enable her to serve as a business advocate for clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.   Ms. Wilson’s strengths include introducing and driving the growth and exposure of messaging and products through tactical partnerships with brand management and the marketing and sales training divisions of the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. Her experience working with customers from C-suite to end user, medical and other societies, academic institutions and as well as specialists provides clients with a broad perspective.  Ms. Wilson has worked closely with KOL's to  identify and meet client educational needs that included  sponsored content, practice management programs and the latest medical advances in education. Tanya utilizes a consultative approach in working with clients to design and develop educational programs to help reach and maintain key markets.
