Coaching Guides

Coaching Guides are available for all CMR Institute courses. Coaching Guides give managers a tool that, with minimal preparation, enables them to assess a representative’s learning while planning for ongoing development through interactive discussion. They also help managers guide representatives to apply what they have learned from the course in their interactions with clinicians. These guides equip managers with:

• A brief course description, including consolidated learning outcomes.
• Discussion questions that capture important elements of course content and help managers assess the representative’s comprehension. Course-based answers are contained within the guide for the manager’s reference.
• Additional discussion topics that guide representatives in applying what they learned from the course to their real-world environment and the products they promote. These topics provide rich opportunity for coaching individuals and planning for their further professional development.
• A list and brief description of related CMR Institute courses to which you might want to direct your representatives for further development.
