CMRLead reflects the analysis of sales performance for thousands of district managers from the leading pharmaceutical companies between 2002 and 2007. This work identifies the approaches that effective managers use to consistently produce superior sales results.
CMRLead workshops allow for rich interaction with peers including opportunities to share their expertise, brainstorm opportunities and obstacles, and solve problems.
Through collective experiences and individual action planning, participants enhance their coaching skills to optimize their time in the field.
Dynamic learning environment
Through CMRLead, district managers will share their expertise, brainstorm opportunities, identify obstacles, solve problems, and commit to individual action plans. CMRLead is a departure from our traditional educational solutions as it provides coaching and teaching tools through a series of application-based workshops, each of which consists of:
- Pre-work, including self-assessments
- A facilitator-led workshop, designed to last approximately two hours, with emphasis on field applications and interactivity
- Leader and participant guides to support workshop facilitation
- Individual action planning
- Follow-up activities, including post-assessments
