CMR Institute provides several ways to enroll in an educational program and/or register for a course.

2. Request online learning access
CMR Institute’s online learning environment currently hosts the 4C Certificate Program and courses approved to meet the continuing education requirements of SafeRx.

3. Use a PDF form to enroll/register in CMR Certification
