The research division of CMR Institute conducts regular surveys designed to collect feedback from our clients, students and the marketplace in which we serve. The results are used to assist with ROI studies, training development, and professional development.

Our ability to understand the demands of the marketplace and implement the voice of the customer into the development of our educational products and services allows us to meet the changing needs of the healthcare industry. Student research, company research, and individual learning styles and preferences are part of our ongoing research to better understand the needs of the industry.

Our information gathering system is a combination of online and written surveys, focus groups, and personal interaction with our clients and students. Additionally, CMR Institute partners with major research organizations to conduct large scale research projects.

Our research staff also studies and analyzes the healthcare industry to forecast trends and issues that will affect companies and professionals. The marketplace can produce enormous amounts of information that can be overwhelming. CMR Institute’s commitment to channeling that information into reports, whitepapers, and forecasting models provides up-to-date information that can be used to make strategic decisions.

Student Research

Our student population is made up of pharmaceutical/biotech sales representatives, managers, and other industry professionals. They help to provide a constant flow of information related to educational needs, learning styles, modality choices, and marketplace trends. The latest student survey conducted in October of 2008 featured more than 1,200 responses from 27 different companies. Respondents represented ALL 50 states, plus Puerto Rico, with impressive numbers spread across each region.

• 96% responded that knowledge gained from CMR Institute’s educational solutions increased their job performance. 
• 97% rated the overall value of knowledge gained from CMR Institute as comparable to excellent when compared to ALL of their career training. 75% considers our coursework to be above average to excellent.
